The Dauphin County coroner’s office was dispatched to a hotel Wednesday morning.
A body was removed from the Quality Inn in the 500 block of South Front Street, Harrisburg, around 9:30 a.m. Circumstances surrounding the death were not immediately known.
Detectives were seen going inside with evidence bags, but officers at the scene did not comment.
We spoke with an employee of the Hotel and they did confirm that the cause of death was a Drug Overdose.
Harrisburg police did not immediately return a call for more information.
