Swatara Township police say Tarahjay Ross had multiple run-ins with police as he drove through several Dauphin County towns over the course of three hours, but they were able to avoid a dangerous pursuit by placing a spike strip across Route 283.
A couple on their way home from a birthday party in Lancaster caught on video Ross’s capture from a wrecked car. The video also shows a female police officer diving into a side window of the car to protect the 8-month-old boy, who was eventually returned unharmed to his mother.
We don’t know the full details of the case or what exactly started the crash but we send our prayers out to everyone who was involved and hope no one was hurt.
