The Harrisburg Cougars fell 40-20, Saturday night at Hersheypark Stadium to Saint Joseph’s prep in the 6A State Title match.
Texas A&M recruit Andre White Jr. and Jai Burney led the way for the stingy Cougar defense. Andre White racked up 11 total tackles and a forced fumble while Jai Burney had 7 tackles, 3 fumble recoveries and a interception that he took 25 yards to the house for a touchdown.

Hawks’ quarterback Kyle McCord threw for 284 yards and two touchdowns in the victory. Running backs Kolbe Burrell (147 yards, 1 TD) and Marques Mason (91 yards, 2 TDs) had big outings, too.
Kane Everson threw for 201 yards and a touchdown and was able to add on another 71 yards on the ground account for over 270 yards of offense for the Cougars.

Donte Kent hauled in 6 grabs for 111 yards and touchdown. Jahmir Plant ran for 49 yards and a touchdown while adding 32 yards receiving. Plant only played the first half on offense after suffering an injury while making a tackle on defense.
